ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST
We accept requests to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or shipping address information within 8 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately if you need any changes. We're available 24/7 at support@miacutiii.com.
Please be advised that requests received after the 8-hour window will not be accepted since we initiate order processing promptly. Once an order is processed, it cannot be altered. Though we will strive to accommodate any late cancellation or change requests, there's no guarantee. Should we manage to cancel or modify your order after 8 hours, a 15% cancellation fee will apply due to production costs.
REPLACEMENT
If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, you are eligible to request a replacement within 14 days of delivery. To initiate this, kindly provide photographic evidence of the defect to support@miacutiii.com. If the defect is verified, miacutiii will bear the cost of delivering a replacement. Returns for reasons other than defects will be at the buyer's shipping expense. For a valid return, ensure that the item is unused, in its original state, and retained in the original packaging. Replacement requests will not be entertained after the 14-day period.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed promptly, and the amount will reflect on your original payment method within a few days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t observed your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider; it might take time for the refund to post.
- Next, reach out to your bank; there's usually some processing time for refunds.
- If you’ve followed these steps and still haven't received your refund, contact us atsupport@miacutiii.com.
